As a Sun Certified J2EE Architect, Microsoft Certified Application Developer and more than 10 years of design and architecture experience, Mr. Wong has the knowledge and experience in building complex enterprise systems, such as the Shell Pipeline Mobile System being used by more then 1000 field engineers.

Mr. Wong has built one of the most complete J2EE and .NET training curriculum in the Washington D.C. area. Mr. Wong has helped more then 100 people in getting their various Java and Microsoft certifications and has taught some of the top engineers in Fortune 500 companies such as CSC, SAIC, IBM, and Fannie Mae.

With over 7 years of technical management experience, Mr. Wong is specialized in managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring all developers are being utilized at the optimum level. Mr. Wong’s unique task and people management skills have successfully transform development teams from a group of heros to fully engaged teams, and from chaos to utilizing the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and getting Capability Maturity Model (CMM) certifications. Mr. Wong is also an expert in applying servant leadership with agile development to create a team that is engaged and highly effective.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Software Engineering degrees from the University of Maryland.
